I agree to participate in all facets of the program. I agree that my likeness and voice may be used in any promotional and/or audio/video production as a result of my participation in the King of Kitchener Contest and that no renumeration will be paid to me. I agree that all decisions pertaining to the judging of the King Of Kitchener Tribute Artist Contest are final. I agree that any misconduct could lead to my immeadiate disqualification from the King Of Kitchener.
Registration Fee for Early and Vegas Divisions: $50.00
Registration Fee for Youth Competitors is: $Free
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: JULY 31/2008
Late Fees: After July 31st a late fee of $20 will be added to both categories.
REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER AUGUST 16th/2008.
The Fee is Required to complete registration. NO Performer will be placed on the confirmed list until Fee , Pictures and Form has been submitted.
